the hotel kept the premises immaculate. it was super clean throughout my entire stay.
I encountered problems with the room service. i requested extra towels, and they never arrived. the minibar was not restocked daily. It was disappointing.

i found open air dining and delicious food. the pools and kids water slide area was amazing. the kids club was good and the playground near the eating area suited my kids. everyone was friendly and the options of pools was brillant!
The hotel was crowded and noisy. It was like i didn't have that relaxing holiday i hoped for.

the hotel is in a quiet area with beautiful sea views; the transfer from heraklion airport takes about 50 minutes. the position suited my family and i! though, the parking was expensive.

the breakfast buffet featured every type of food you could want; dishes were refilled regularly. the hotel provided multiple water options including lemon, orange, cucumber, herbs, sparkling, and still water. the food options were extensive! it was very tasty.

staff were very friendly and helpful; the staff were always smiling. the reception staff were very polite and welcoming, and helped us with everything we needed. service was attentive! though, the service for drink orders near the pool was slow.

the aqua park was a big hit with the kids; there were plenty of fun water activities. i watched my children having so much fun. the hotel features many pools; there are bars throughout the hotel, so you can get food and drinks.

super funearly morningbizarre event
the water park suited my needs i found it super fun.
i found securing a sun lounger near the pool was like entering a bizarre early morning olympic event people were up at ungodly hours to reserve them with towels the situation was odd to say the least the main restaurant felt hot the constant heat made meal times a bit uncomfortable.

The evening entertainment was rather repetitive. I think it was aimed more at very young children. it wasn't clear how many visits we were entitled to, and getting a reservation was like winning the lottery, honestly!!! the food was fine though, but clarity would have been great.

elena in the main dining room was so lovely. she always had a lovely smile on her face. all staff are great and the food was different every night, lovely.
The safe in our room was very temperamental! it was easy to operate, but it failed to lock most times. the room was fine and cleaned daily, though soap and shower gel were not replenished . the bottled water in the fridge was replenished daily. you could ask for more at the bar.
